Carbon Neutrality International Forum Held Shaanxi Drum Smart Green Program Concerned

In order to further implement the major national strategy of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, on May 12, on the occasion of the Fifth Silk Road International Expo and China East-West Cooperation and Investment and Trade Fair, the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, The Carbon Neutrality (Xi'an) International Forum co-sponsored by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Asian Development Bank was held simultaneously. The forum invited hundreds of people including academicians, experts and scholars, entrepreneurs, representatives of institutions, and foreign envoys from relevant national ministries and commissions, universities, enterprises, and financial institutions to participate.
As one of the co-organizers of the forum, Liu Jinping, general manager of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd., was invited to the round table forum, focusing on the theme of "Two-chain Integration Development Towards Carbon Neutrality", and the national and local joint project executive director of carbon dioxide capture and storage technology Ma Jinfeng, technical expert Zhang Yingke of PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Branch, Wang Xiangzeng, deputy general manager and chief geologist of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co, li Laixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Group Coalbed Methane Development and Utilization Co., Ltd., Zheng Kaixue, General Manager of Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Cao Yang, Vice President and President of Baker Hughes Group, Hu Yuhua, Chairman of Taiping Davis West China District, and other industry scholars and business representatives discussed together, colliding with the ideological spark of "integration and development of carbon neutral innovation chain and carbon neutral industry chain.
It is reported that the two chains refer to the "carbon neutral" innovation chain and the "carbon neutral" industrial chain, aiming to explore China's strategies and ways to cope with climate change and achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality under the current situation, discuss countermeasures for green and low-carbon development, promote the construction of open and shared carbon neutral scientific and technological innovation technologies and industrial clusters, build a carbon neutral and technological exchange platform for countries and regions along the Silk Road, and contribute wisdom to the construction of a community of human destiny.
